Friday Festivities at Chinquapin Ranch | Wedding Party and Plus Ones Only

11:30 AM (or whenever you arrive)

A full day of classic Texas fun before the big day!

Ladies: Light, easy sundresses and bring your swimmies!

Gentlemen: Lunch and skeet shooting- bring your shotguns for friendly competition-followed by swimming.

Evening Plans

Rehearsal Dinner | Club Charles, Kerrville

7 PM

Attire: Cowboy Cocktail

Post-Toast | Inn of the Hills 10 pm

Join us after the rehearsal dinner for late-night fun and karaoke at the Inn of the Hills hotel.

Saturday: Wedding Day

Ceremony at Chinquapin Ranch

Time: 6:30

Please Note: Buses will be running from Inn of the Hills Hotel starting at 5:45

Dinner and dancing under the stars to follow!

Dress Code: Black tie optional with a country flair — boots, cowboy hats, colorful cummerbunds, and bow ties encouraged.

Footwear: Block heels or boots due to ranch terrain.

Sunday Send-Off Swim

11:00 AM

Join us for a fun farewell by the water as we wrap up the weekend! Enjoy a casual swim, sunshine, and a final gathering with hot dogs and burgers on the grill. Please bring your swimsuit and come ready to unwind and say your goodbyes.
